Set or return the pulse amplitude percentage, which is used to define the end of a rising edge or beginning of a falling edge transition.
Remarks
Typically, this is 90% voltage or 81% power relative to the top level of the pulse. This setting is used when making automatic pulse risetime and falltime calculations returned by READ:ARRay:AMEASure:POWer.
