Syntax

Performs a calibration at a fixed frequency and level and returns true if successful.

Parameters

Vi

The ViSession handle that you obtain from the IviDriver_init or IviDriver_InitWithOptions function. The handle identifies a particular instrument session.

Channel

The physical or virtual repeated capability identifier. Pass VI_NULL or empty string if operation does not apply to a repeated capability.For valid values, see the Channel repeated capability.

Calibrator

The calibrator type to use during fixed cal.

Val

Returns true if successful or false if not.

Return Value

Success or failure code.

Remarks

Fixed-cal does not provide for automatic control of the internal 50 MHz calibrator. The RF output level of the calibrator in use must be set by the user. Fixed-cal assumes that a valid Zero has already been performed.
